This blog chronicles my life as a wife, mom, dental hygienist, photographer, and smart aleck. I make my home in Washington State. My favorite things are laughing, eating good food, taking pictures, cake decorating, blogging, and serving dental missions in third world countries. I stick my foot in my mouth so often we'll go ahead and call that a favorite hobby, too. I like to think of my blog readers as friends I invite into my home. So welcome. Come on in.

Heading Out
I'm heading out for the airport in a few short hours. Scary! Exciting! Wish me luck. No, really, wish me luck. Your encouraging works calm my anxiety...if even just a little.
GOOD LUCK! I am so hoping you will be able to blog from there. Love ya and will be thinking of and praying for you the next couple of weeks. I know you are anxious but when you get there I bet you will be so busy that anxiety will just melt away and all that hard work you put in will be very rewarding. Just think of the huge difference you will be making in many lives in just a couple of days! That is just (excuse the 80’s term) totally awesome. See you soon friend.
