This morning my friend and co-worker Erika and I headed bright and early to Seattle for a continuing education class. Usually CE classes can be a bit of a draaaaag, especially on a beautiful 90-degree day, but this one was extremely interesting. It focused on how factors such as nutrition, stress, attitute, sleep, and lifestyle affect our immune system, disease suseptibility, overall health and well-being. I tell you what...there are some habits that I am changing today!
Here's a quick picture of Erika I snapped while we were eating breakfast at Tully's Coffee:
This blog chronicles my life as a wife, mom, dental hygienist, photographer, and smart aleck. I make my home in Washington State. My favorite things are laughing, eating good food, taking pictures, cake decorating, blogging, and serving dental missions in third world countries. I stick my foot in my mouth so often we'll go ahead and call that a favorite hobby, too. I like to think of my blog readers as friends I invite into my home. So welcome. Come on in.
